Through our analysis, we identified a huge gap in the sales funnel for Hirbawi between their quality of goods and how they were being communicated. As the last remaining Kufiya Factory in Palestine, we re-built their brand around authenticity through 3 pillars:
1. Investing in producing exceptional content.
2. Building their social presence.
3. Capturing online demand for their products through performance marketing that was previously being lost to resellers and fake merchandisers.
